Mirror Mirror: Who is Looking?
(2026)
Mixed Media Zine
This zine challenges the authority of the male gaze by controlling how the body is seen, disrupted, and ultimately withheld. What begins as confrontation gradually shifts into refusal, questioning who has the right to look and why, and reflecting on the tension between the desire for recognition and the loss of control that comes with being seen. Through distortion of the body, the work disrupts the act of looking, turning the spotlight back onto the viewer’s own voyeurism.
